Very disappointed that the videos won't play. I bought the app for the videos as I already have the brilliant book.
None of the video content works
I've had this app for years but now none of the videos play and from the comments, this has been happening for a long time.
Loved the app. Years ago when I first downloaded it - gave it 5 starts. It was beautiful to look at, and it all worked well. But the new one is terrible, the design interface is worse, and the videos do not work. Why update an app when it ain't broke?
Got the app to watch the videos as I do the 7 day juice plan. Not one video will play. What a waste of money. Not a cheap app either for the contents!!!
Life saver
The content and design on the app is fine.... that is when you're quick enough to see it. I struggle to ge the app to stay open for more than a minute as it keeps crashing. I'm relying now on getting quick screengrabs of the info I need to see me through. Jason Vale is starting the 7 day challenge for 2021 tomorrow.... I'd like to think they would have been aware and sorted any app issues before this but seems as though that's not the case and that many others have had a similar problem to mine.
I have paid for this and it still hasn't been installed yet. Keep on having this issue with this app. Does it take a while to be installed after paying?
